To quality for this closing credit program:
- You MUST allow Naples Realty International LLC to represent you on your purchase of new construction home in SkySail.
- Naples Realty International LLC must the registered real estate brokerage for your new home purchase.
- A Naples Realty International LLC representative must be present at your initial sales center visit.
Upon closing you will be awarded your choice of either but not both:
- $2000 Cash Credit
- $2000 Closing Costs Credit
You Must Receive Certificate To Qualify:
- You will only receive this incentive if you are escorted to your first sales center visit for your new home purchase. After signing up and qualifying with us you will receive a physical certificate. You will need this physical certificate in hand to redeem your $2000 incentive.
